Lan Tran started the restaurant with her husband Clint Demmon in 2008, and with a lot of hard work and a great staff they have established a hot spot for Vietnamese Cuisine in Santa Fe.
Lan’s passion for cooking started at an early age when she went to live with her grandmother and extended family in the central highlands. Growing, gathering and preparing food was the essence to their rural life. Lan credits this experience for teaching and inspiring her in the fundamentals of Southeast Asian cuisine.
